Organized Outcomes
“Organization isn’t about perfection. It’s about efficiency. Reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money, and improving your overall quality of life”
-Christina Scalise

Is my lack of being organized costing me?
Cost of Clutter
Clutter is costly, and most of us can not afford it. Clutter costs peace of mind, motivation, sleep, productivity, and time. We cannot afford to lose all of these things due
to something that can be fixed with effort and help from a coach or professional
organizer. More than likely, you work in a cluttered environment that zaps your energy
for 8 hours straight. When you make it home, you have nothing to refuel you
because your home lacks harmony and flow. You are stressed, and your anxiety levels
are releasing a chemical that could cause further internal damage.

Do you lack motivation?
Lacking motivation causes you to put things off that you need to do. When we have goals and
fail to accomplish our space could be a factor. I spend a lot of time in my office, so I must keep
that area harmonized. I have ample sunlight and fresh air flowing. I can not afford to enter
cycles of procrastination because the room I spend the most time in is not conducive to my
success.
Are your beliefs limiting you?
Limiting beliefs such as this one prevents us from decluttering. We find comfort in our possessions. We become attached to things and we allow them to define our worth. There was a time I
thought having designer shoes made me who I am. If I did not have a pair on, I felt like I did not belong. After my home flooded in 2016 I healed in more ways than one, detached from this way of thinking and discovered who I was at my core. It has been the most liberating feeling ever. This put me in a position to freely give away every pair of shoes that would not serve who I grew to become.

I read a lot of books about personal development. The Coaches Connect Volume II was fantastic and has earned a spot on my top 10 list.
This was an inspirational read peppered with fascinating stories and insights from different women. There were many clear cut and actionable takeaways as well.
Real personal growth is neither fast nor easy. I like the fact that the contributing authors didn’t try to make things seem easy, but provided techniques and tips to help you out.

I purchased Volume One and I absolutely loved it. It gave us a rare insight into the lives of the people called to help us overcome. Volume Two goes deeper. Each woman was transparent in sharing with us the advertisers they had to navigate in order to become who we see and admire today. Through Volume Two I was able to get a better understanding of why these women are so passionate about their calling and purpose. I’m already looking for a Volume Three.

Wow! Every chapter in this book is relatable and relevant to my life. Chapter eight really evoked memories of my own struggles of not using my voice and hiding who I am because I felt inadequate. Every chapter literally had me recalling situations in my life that happened and had me thanking God for my deliverance. I didn’t expect to read about myself or see myself the way I did, but I’m so glad that I did. The Coaches Connect is truly inspiring and encouraging. Great read!
